I live in Derry, been here a while (30 years or so????) and I came from N Andover too (but not via FL).

There seems to be plenty of home inventory now. It seems to be a buyers market.

Lots of good schools, just do your homework!

I used to have my real estate license, but that was 20 or so years ago. Things got too 'cut throat' for me, so it wasn't enjoyable anymore. So now I'm just a mere mortal again. LOL.

Good luck in your search, and have try to fun while doing it. In your price range it seems that you can get a nice home, and not even need to be in a condo, unless you prefer it (re: condo fees, vs doing your own maintenance).
