YES: The ROCKS don't move from year to year. What ALSO doesn't move from year to year is the GPS Coordinates of the Rocks. SO: If you have a GPS with the Coordinates Plugged IN from previous years....you are STILL GOOD to go. Floating markers have always been secondary....They can move around.
