My family has had several showings for a new lake house in the last couple of months, since my wonderful
extended family forced the sale of our original family house on Winni. We plan to rent whatever house we buy to cover taxes and some up keep.
We DO NOT want to get into a house that we MUST rent to afford it. Make sure you do not get into that position.
