Phantom,we buy it in 10lb pails.....very hard to find.Comes from Bean and Sons from Bangor Maine.I believe they are they only people left in the country that are still making it.
Flyfisha,we are on rt 25 in Moultonborough.We serve it during lunch and dinner,thursday-saturday.
