Highlander -- we also has a 202BR w/ 5.7L 250HP -- the boat was awesome. For extra "hole shot" the last few years we put on a Stainless prop which helped tremendously. Again, not knowing what your intents are for the boat -- or wether your looking at new or used -- I'd personally shy away from the V6. Crowns are relatively "heavy" (well made) boats. I think you'll be disappointed with a V6

Have you looked at the 216LS ??

Also, for more information take a look through the crownline site. www.crownline.com They have a very good forum on the sight where you can get opinions for such qyestions as yours and a whole lot of other info. On the main page of the site click on "owners club" you can "browse the forum as a guest or you can sign up (it's absolutely free - like here) and post. Browse first so you can see how people handle nicknames i.e. They don't !! Check out the "Regional groups" (Northeast) and look for the Winni thread.

By the way - we moved into a 226LS this season -- larger (obviously) but a much better all round boat/size for Winni & our needs.
