Basically any lake or pond that falls under the special rules category which are managed for lake trout or salmon has a minimum size of 15" for Rainbows. Those bodies of water can be seen here... http://www.eregulations.com/newhamps...special-rules/

Any lake pond or stream not included in the special category section has a 5 fish / 5lb limit.
