Public nudity? This is true...
A couple of years ago San Francisco (still part of the USA) passed a law allowing public nudity. Yup, naked people on buses, in restaurants, walking down the street smoking medical marijuana (where do they keep their matches), etc.
A couple months later they amended the law stipulating that naked people sitting on public seats had to use a towel beneath them.
Then, guys started showing up at school bus stops in bathrobes opening them to display their wares to the school kids. All legal here.
The "Castro" became ground zero for naked people just "hanging" around. Tour buses made sure this was on their routes for the shocking of tourists. Plays well in Peoria.
The novelty wore off and the law was changed back to the indecent exposure principle. In my opinion (and experience), most people look better in clothes.
