Kitchen Cravings in Gilford, near the airport, is open for breakfast and lunch and has a lot of gluten free items.

For dinners (and possibly some lunches- need to check if they are open then)- Tavern 27 in Laconia on Parade Road is unusual and great- lots of GF items on the menu.
