Kudos to the owner. Though I am not there in the winter, I think it's advantageous to hear complaints about open hours than it is for sub par pizza that might be made by some part time employee who has no skin in the game. Sounds like he makes a good pie, let's all hope he's able to hang on until the season starts and he's able to find some really good help.
