That was
very likely your boat: The date and location is correct.
Strange, that
two MP boats were present in your location. Just one should have been sufficient to slow traffic. I was hugging the shoreline -- so closely that a family approached and asked if I wanted to substitute their
video camera for my
still camera to record the violations!
