There is plan in the works to provide 296 storage units, South of the Weirs Cumberland Farms where the land was cleared.
AE Mitchell also owns storage units on Rte 106 in Belmont as well as the strip malls and other commercial buildings. I guess with all the condo units in the area and many retiring here year round there is a market for storage units.
