Then again you could expand ... think Waldo Peppers II ... on a boat ... like the ice cream man. Leave the hot kitchen to others, you could just boat around the lake delivering WP goodness. Hire a runner to bring the goods from the WP I kitchen to you (in the mobile, aquatic WP II) at the Wiers docks. Yup I can see it now !
