I tried the bourbon steak last evening and agree with drwamcross that it is excellent. My wife had the Salmon Schuster's Way which was very good. Business is slower on non Holiday week days but the food is still very good.

Our only disappointment was that 603 Winni Ale was not available however it should be back soon.
