That is too bad about GNC, but I may be able to assist you. We have been cleaning Waterfront and Island Properties exclusively. If you could explain to me the extent of your Spring opening that would be helpful.
We have done all variations of cleaning services, if you need references just let me know and I can provide you with contact information.
We have our own boat so we don't need to be picked up etc. We are teachers and are in school until June 19th (?), after that we are available during the week and some weekends. If the ice is out during April vacation we are available depending on the water condition due to high winds.
Ice out to June 26th - Saturdays by appt
June 29 - Aug 21st - Weekdays by appt
Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning. Windows are extra
