PBN can be used for jetty/breakwater repair but our advice is generally if the damage is not causing a problem with using the dock then go with the regular application process. The paperwork, attachments, and fees are the same but with the regular application DES issues a hard copy permit that you can record, post, and extend. Some Country Registries may refuse to record PBNs and when you post them people often can't figure out what work they cover.
