I think it got a little out of control with the BB tournaments, but if that volume could be somewhat restricted ("lot full") I would think the neighbors could live with that. I don't know the local dynamic, but the place was always clean, plenty of room to park, and the cement ramps were in great shape. The ramp lizzard had plenty to do with the flow, and productivity of the process.
