During this first summer don't bother counting how many times:
you say "what a view"
you say "what a great decision"
you say "what were they thinking" when they built this place
you say "no not that switch, the other one"
You go to "Orange store" (Home Depot)
you go to "Blue store" (The other one)
> Unless you are lucky to have a good local hardware store near by
