Tedeschi's is OK in some areas. The Plymouth store seems OK. The new Moultonborough store has a poor business model for that location. The store on Route 104 closed.

7-Eleven is a Japanese company. The US headquarters is in Dallas, Texas.

In Asia the 7-Eleven stores are mostly franchise stores.
In Thailand there are 8,000 7-Eleven stores and they seem to be on every corner.

The US model may be all company owned.

The last remaining regional stores are Cumberland Farms.

Having driven across country multiple times and different routes I stop at any available convenience store. Some are run very well while others are poorly managed.

All is about management and correct product mix. Some are great while others just get by.

Will be interesting to view the changes when Tedeschi's changes to 7-Eleven.
