Your post threw us into certainty that we were not going to simply dust & clean the units.

As mentioned, we bought the Condo a year ago with no records of service to the units nor manuals. As it turns out, we had a "Proffessional" come in to service our two units only to find that one indeed had a serious recall on it and our unit was on the verge of dangerously failing !!
