I think the freedom card is overplayed on here to the point of silliness frankly.

Not wearing a lanyard is a risk to others, not just to youself. You only should have the freedom to put yourself at risk. I saw the incident and that boat could easily have injured those MPs or my kids.

It is like drinking and driving. Do you also suggest that we shouldn't have drink driving laws because FREEDOM?
