Dan, I hope you use of the word "just" means within the last day or two and they're on their way around the point to my job. We appreciate it when the job sequence means not moving the barge vary far.
We've had Winni Marine do several jobs over the decades. Always good work and they stick to quote. Check to see how long the quote is good for if you're doing work that requires permits. Winni Marine is good about this. No experience with others on that issue.
