I have known this for awhile... I keep my boat slipped under the pier @ Anchor Marine. I didn't want to weigh in until it was public knowledge.

The Owners of the Pier and Bob are at loggerheads. The best choice for Anchor was to relocate given the inability to come to a suitable agreement.

Unfortunately for me, not sure if I will have a slip next year or not... I am hopeful that I will!
