Island Support Systems (293-HELP) can do most anything, including actual cleaning. Barge, manpower,etc.

Chemical toilet? Whoever you use, it sounds like you'll be doing a lot of barging, maybe to install septic system. Interview a couple of folks and see who you're comfortable with. You'll need a lasting relationship..
