This sounds like a good plan, nice boats.
I'd consider the ability to add a small motor. I've seen many afternoons when the wind died down and it took folks hours to get home. If no motor add a "party size" bottle of sunscreen.
Centerboard or keel may be a decision based on the waters (or the bottoms) where you live and saili.)
