About 7pm tonight a boat was moving right along coming from the area of the north end of Paugus Bay. Watched it go by South Down Shores'
docks. It wasn't much further that the operator noticed he was coming up to an ice flow that covered the width of Paugus Bay reaching over towards Burger King.
He quickly made a U-turn and headed bak towards the Weirs.
