No. It would be the same as for Wakeboarding waterskiing hydrofoiling or tubing. All of which ropes are what, between like 55-85 feet in length.
And your never too old for surfing. My 60 year old dad surfs, my 68 year old neighbor also gave it one shot last year. It really is much easier on the body
