I am no expert on engines or anything like that but I have found them to be pretty much bulletproof. My 3 boys and many guests have beat the hell out of them over the years and they have held up very well. Some minimal maintenance but no big issues. I like the design or looks a bit better than other manufacturers but thats not real important. I would say it is more important to pick the right level of machine for what you like to do. Performance vs luxury vs wake sports.... Seadoo, Kawasaki, Yamaha they all make nice machines from my experience.
