Scruffy: PLEASE DON'T SHOUT AT ME. You sound like Donald Trump. I agree personal responsibility at the individual level is important. However, there is also a duty of responsibility for organizations such as the fishing derby. And while we were fortunate no-one was killed in the derby due to thin ice, that doesn't mean the risk taken was appropriate.
I guess we will simply need to agree to disagree here.
