I have noticed this myself in the past. Keep in mind: None of the islands or hazards have moved since the last edition. The buoys are "probably" going to remain in the same position..more or less.

ambled by every "Mark" that I deem important to me....(I pick the lighted ones) and
entered it into my GPS as a waypoint. After that... if the "Mark" moves..it doesn't matter, you have the TRUE position of where the mark
