nowhere amongst all of the rhetoric in this thread does it outline the actual procedure to become a NH resident. Since it is not uncommon to 'retire to the lake', how exactly does one go about the process of establishing NH residence?
is it mailing address, voter registration? What piece of paperwork or combination of circumstances does it? anyone know?
