Although we all are expert at knowing the boating rules and regs (
) there are those somewhat less than cognizant. I never assume boaters know the right of way, 150 foot rule and such. There are lots of weekend warriors on the lake and I sometimes wonder if they all have boating licenses or even if they do exercise their know how well. Constant vigilance!
