I blame the pin headed, theoretical education system the universities have transformed into more than I do the students. The weak or followers will use any excuse given. It's up to the leaders to set the tone. Bill Parcells said give the team an excuse to lose and they'll take it every time. You said it, helicopter parenting, Again, Who's fault is that?
