Condo experience, but was wondering if Condo Associations allow "Outside" contractors to do work on
association property..ie.. the common property outside the building. Maybe an insurance issue.
Maybe the association requires "outside" contractors to kickback part of their fee to the association, or just doesn't want to make it worthwhile for "outside" contractors to do business on condo properties, unless the
association does the hiring.
Just wondering why the contractor seemed to suggest it might be expensive..or something.
