Definitely wouldn't call it a "beach" since it's all rocks but Odiorne Point State Park is in Rye and if you go at low tide, you can venture out into the tide pools created by the rocks and catch starfish, urchins, crabs, and all kinds of other little critters or find sea glass, etc.

Like I said, not a beach but it's in the area and it makes for a fun couple of hours
