Sorry, Upthesaukee, but that is the correct order for the training exercises. The object is to stay vertical. If you do Exercise #2 before Exercise #1, you will be forced to do Exercise #3 . . .which is trying to do push-ups while face down on the ice. Great workout for the shoulders but not good for forward motion.

Plus you would then force your team mates into Exercise #4 . . the dead weight drag as they pull you off of the ice.

I don't want to think about what happens next.
