I have never ever in my many decades of Lakes Region living witnessed so many private fireworks on the night before July 4th.

Having purchased fireworks myself in decades past, I do know that the cost of fireworks can be quite high.

Something good must be happening to our economy for such great amounts of disposable income.
We have been doing this for about 7 years now. A rather large group of friends and family will pool our money together and ask the nice folks at Fireworks of Tilton what to buy with the money we have to spend.

One of the sales people will work with us, asking us questions as we walk through and explaining what is what in the fireworks world. We find that by pooling the money together, VS each family bringing something for the show, works out so much better. Of course they always throw in the "extra's" when we check out.

Edit:
I am sure all the fireworks businesses in the area work the same.
