Usually I don't like stolen threads, but since Rattletrap changed the question I think it's OK.
Let's help Rattletrap with some answers to the question "When am I'm at least a Junior?" Not too snide now. For example,

You start sneaking out of work Wednesday noon for the week end and you're not calling it "vacation days".
