One of the dumbest things to do is boat like others do. A large number of them are clueless. Most of the time they luck out and get away with their foolish behavior. Then their luck runs out and they wreck their boat and/or someone else's boat or seriously hurt someone else or themselves. Then the whining and moaning starts.
I'm not saying you have to follow the rules perfectly but you need to be educated, observant, and sensitive to the situation you are in.
I hope I never "run into" your husband.
