Everyone is offering opinions on the Design of the building. HOW About the COST of the building..?? The town OR the state already owns the land.

THAT building in my opinion is maybe..maybe..... a ONE Million dollar building. I think someone mentioned it cost 11 Million. WHAT Am am I missing.
