Hello, I am thinking of moving closer to family down south in Virginia but I prefer to live near a lake. I looked up some and Smith mountain lake seemed like a miniature winni in the south. It's surrounded by small mountains and it is quite big. Only thing I'm curious about is if any of you have visited both. Is the water nicer and is it comparable to lake winni and what is the bottom like lastly. Thank you
