Default DG Buildings

DG leases the building from a large developer. The developer hopes to have the ongoing rent to cover costs. When the tenant leaves the building remains empty if they can not find another tenant. About the building blending into local architecture......only will happen if the town has existing requirements in effect through building codes and does not approve requested variances.

For towns that do not want the proliferation of Dollar General in areas not suited for this type of building...look at what is happening in Wakefield NH
