I agree with FLL, pontoon boat stripped of everything other than an engine is about as useful as you can get. Not going to win the best looks award but sure as hell can haul lots of stuff with it.
It's a very efficient hull to say the least. My 22 eastern which is basically the same boat but two feet smaller has 115 and that's plenty of power. Max speed is about 37 mph which is all I need to go to the island. The 115 is a 4 cylinder where the 150 is a 6 cylinder those couple extra cylinders make all the difference in the world.
