I don't shut off ANY breakers. Seems like an obvious thing to do in hindsight, but I didn't do it. My thought was that if nothing is drawing power, there shouldn't be a need to do that. Clearly, something is drawing power up there. I'll shut down the breakers on my next visit. If you're shutting down your breakers, would you still expect to have a $45 bill?
