Funny they don't express an opinion. I guess it's not so obvious to them that HB-162 is a good idea.

Dear New Hampshire BoatU.S. Member,
This week your state House of Representatives passed HB 162, to establish general speed limits
for boats, 45 mph during the day and 25 mph at night. The bill also requires that violations become
part of your motor vehicle driving record. If passed, the law will take effect January 1, 2007.
The New Hampshire state Senate will take up the bill next. As local lawmakers want to hear from their
