My family has owned a cottage in the area since 1957. I come up every year for 2 weeks, and there are a couple of places that we always must go to (even though they rarely change).

1) Moultonboro County Store
2) Blacks in Wolfeboro

Before it closed, I remember as a kid going to the Hansel And Grettle shop in Melvin Village (and "fishing" in the indoor pond)

What are some of your "Must do" items?
