Moultonboro Country Store, Wolfeboro, Tamarack for fried clams, Sandy Point, Sawyer's for cheeseburgers. We're on the Lake almost every weekend but out in the boat; we spend the last week of August up there and make sure we hit those spots! Oh, and I definitely can't forget the Craft Fairs in Meredith and Alton Bay -- gotta get my "Fire on the Mountain" salsa, etc!
