There has been a lot of construction in Connecticut on 15 and still on 95 that’s why I try to travel off hours but late night construction can be worse than rush hour traffic. Also the new plazas by 84/90 in Massachusetts and 290/90 have been going on for over a year. [emoji35]. Eventually it will be better but when?
