I've had some great buys on accessories and equipment on the last Sunday afternoon when vendors would rather sell cheap than take stuff back home.

B est people watching is in FLL or MIA where the people are "en costume", blazers and white slacks, bikinis and fur coats. Bring a buddy and refer to him as your captain. TIC. LOL.
