I do believe it's helpful to think about how a tragedy could be avoided. Ask yourself: if a child had been killed, would you have the same "accidents happen" response? Would you advocate doing nothing?

No l do not advocate doing nothing, but there can be overreaction. Education and precaution. You just cannot say never thats all. Not really emotional about it at all.
