So 2019 is doable but I would start now making contacts. You might have to wait for fall to sign a contract but it has become a more competitive env in the last year or two. You dont want to be "boat homeless" come next Jan.

Boat valet is a big thing here too in addition to slips & moorings. Sounds right up your alley as long as you wont be fishing here.

Also, nearby Winnisquam lake is smaller than Winnipesaukee and gets rave reviews from afficianados. Options are more limited there but migh be less $.
